Soba as shabu-shabu?

Hello.
I’m the PR representative for Naniwa Soba, the original soba-shabu restaurant, at the Shinsaibashi Main Store!
This time, to help you all get to know our store better,
We’d like to introduce our registered trademark, “Soba Shabu.”
―What Is “Soba Shabu”?―
"Soba Shabu" is a registered trademark of our restaurant, and
A collaboration featuring shabu-shabu made with carefully selected Wagyu beef and soba noodles
This is an original hot pot dish that you can only enjoy at our restaurant.
First, cook the meat and vegetables in our carefully crafted artisan broth using the shabu-shabu method, and then,
Please enjoy it with condiments such as miso and green onions.
And to finish off your shabu-shabu meal, please enjoy some soba noodles.
Once you've had your fill of shabu-shabu,
Dip the soba noodles in a broth rich with the umami flavors of vegetables and meat.
You eat the soba by dipping it briefly in the broth using a small basket.
We’ve received great feedback that customers can eat as many bowls as they like, even after they’re full.
In addition, our restaurant serves hand-made soba noodles, and
We serve "freshly ground," "freshly made," and "freshly boiled" soba. This is what is commonly known as the "Three Freshnesses of Soba."
The rich flavor of freshly ground buckwheat noodles pairs perfectly with the broth, which is infused with the umami of Wagyu beef.
This is our signature dish—the very first thing we’d like you to try when you visit our restaurant.
We sincerely look forward to welcoming you all to our store.
