How about some refreshing and delicious "Fried Eggplant and Grated Daikon Radish Soba"?

Hello! I’m the PR representative for Naniwa Soba Shinsaibashi Main Store, the original home of soba shabu.

The new fiscal year has begun, and two months have already almost passed—how has everyone been doing?

I imagine that new students and new employees are probably starting to get used to their new environments little by little.

Well, once again, I’d like to introduce a soba dish that’s perfect for spring.

[Fried Eggplant and Grated Daikon Soba]
I topped the cold soba with lightly fried eggplant, shiso leaves, myoga, and grated daikon.
The refreshing aroma of shiso and myoga is perfect for this time of year, as the weather gradually gets hotter!

We also offer a wide variety of cold and hot soba noodles, so if you’re in the mood for soba, please stop by our restaurant♪

We sincerely look forward to seeing you all.
