Hello. I’m the PR representative for Soba Shabu Sohonke’s Naniwa Shinsaibashi branch.
As July approaches, the weather is getting warmer, and I bet you’ve been going out more often with your family, friends, and significant others, haven’t you?
If you're ever in Shinsaibashi, please be sure to stop by and try our light and refreshing soba.
Well, this time we’d like to introduce a set menu that’s healthy, great for beauty, and sure to please women!
~A Refreshing and Healthy Set Perfect for a Hot Summer~
■□■Sudachi Soba and Small Shirasu Rice Bowl Set■□■
[Sudachi Soba]: Soba noodles served in a broth made from “Kodawari Dashi,” topped with plenty of sudachi.
This menu item is, without a doubt, a huge hit with women!
The refreshing aroma and tartness of sudachi make it perfect for summer, so you can enjoy it even when the heat has sapped your appetite.
Sudachi is also a food rich in vitamins that help protect the skin from problems caused by UV rays.
During the summer, when UV rays are a concern, be sure to make a point of including them in your diet.
The shirasu rice bowl is also small and light, so it's easy to eat.
At our restaurant, we take great care in preparing both our soba noodles and our broth.
At Soba Shabu Sohonke, we take great pride in our "soba noodles" and "broth," and we pay close attention to every single ingredient—from the water and salt to the powders used in their preparation.
So, in this post, we’d like to tell you a little bit about our store’s “dashi”!
At Naniwa Soba, the morning begins with the chefs preparing the broth.
We create this traditional dashi by blending three types of Japanese-sourced dried fish—sodakatsuo, mackerel, and urume—using our own unique recipe, and crafting it with plenty of time and care.
This is our signature broth, with a translucent amber color that allows you to savor the flavors and umami of three types of kelp.
Be sure to try this broth, which is packed with a flavor that evokes a sense of nostalgia.
Well, thank you again for reading our blog post all the way to the end.
Just a 1-minute walk from Exit 6 of Shinsaibashi Station, at Soba Shabu Sohonke’s Naniwa Shinsaibashi branch,
In addition to soba, we offer a wide variety of other delicacies, including grilled and fried dishes, as well as our signature dashimaki tamago made with carefully selected eggs.
Please feel free to use our restaurant for a variety of occasions, from private dinners to all kinds of banquets.
We sincerely look forward to seeing you all.
