In this post, I’d like to introduce a unique and delicious dish from our set menu.
The fried dishes served as part of the course meal look a little unusual. And when you taste them, you’re in for an even bigger surprise!
Actually, the ingredient we use for the batter on these fried foods is “okaki.”
The yellowtail snapper is coated in rice cracker batter and deep-fried, so the crispy texture and toasty flavor go perfectly with the light, white flesh of the fish. It’s the kind of dish that really makes you want to keep drinking.
