We serve meals during both lunch and dinner hours.

■□■Sudachi Soba 1,080 yen■□■
[Sudachi Soba]: Soba noodles served in a broth made from “Kodawari Dashi,” topped with plenty of sudachi.
This menu item is, without a doubt, a huge hit with women!

The refreshing aroma and tartness of sudachi make it perfect for summer, so you can enjoy it even when the heat has sapped your appetite.

 

~Naniwa Soba: Carefully Crafted Noodles and Broth~

"Noodles"
Using "living" magnetically activated water, natural salt that is gentle on the body, and homemade flour ground in a stone mill,
We serve carefully prepared soba noodles that are freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled.

"Dashi"
We create our traditional dashi by carefully blending three types of 100% domestically produced dried fish—sodakatsuo, mackerel, and urume—using our own unique recipe, and by dedicating plenty of time and care to the process.
With its translucent amber color, this is our signature broth that lets you savor the flavors and umami of three types of kelp.

In addition to soba, we offer grilled and fried dishes, as well as dashimaki made with specially selected eggs, and more.
