~Seasonal Recommendations~ Soba with Thick Gravy to Warm Both Body and Soul

Thick-Sauced Soba at [Soba Shabu Sohonke Naniwa Soba Shinsaibashi Main Store]
Hello.
I'm the PR representative for Naniwa Soba Shinsaibashi Main Store, the original home of soba shabu.

It's that time of year when the park is bathed in the golden hues of ginkgo leaves, isn't it?
How is everyone doing?

In this blog post, I’d like to introduce a gentle-tasting soba dish that’ll warm you right up.
It’s starting to get colder here in Osaka, so please come by and enjoy a bowl of hot soba.

~If you're looking for soba in Shinsaibashi, be sure to stop by our restaurant~

We serve “freshly ground,” “freshly made,” and “freshly cooked” dishes.

■□■ Kyoto-style Yuba Soba with Thick Gravy: 1,020 yen (excluding tax) ■□■
This is our signature soba dish, served with a thick sauce made from Yoshino kudzu.
Please enjoy our melt-in-your-mouth yuba and egg-thickened sauce, served with our artisan-crafted dashi broth.

We also offer “ankake” (thick sauce) to go with our various soba dishes for an additional 120 yen (excluding tax).

If you find that a little lacking, then...
We also offer “Custom Tempura,” where you can order a small portion of tempura of your choice, so
Please customize it to your liking and enjoy this special item.

~Our Commitment to Soba~

Our soba noodles are made using "live" magnetically activated water, natural salt that is gentle on the body, and flour we grind ourselves using a stone mill.

By paying close attention to these details, we are able to create delicious soba noodles that allow you to savor their natural flavors.

We also take great care in preparing the broth used for our soba. We create our own blend of three types of Japanese-grown dried fish—soda bonito, mackerel, and round herring—and prepare it with plenty of time and care.

Please enjoy our signature broth—with its nostalgic flavor and rich umami—alongside our soba noodles.

At [Soba Shabu Sohonke Naniwa Soba Shinsaibashi Main Store], located a 1-minute walk from Exit 6 of Shinsaibashi Station on the Midosuji Subway Line,
We look forward to welcoming you to a space exuding traditional Japanese charm, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We are taking thorough measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, so please feel free to visit us.

We sincerely look forward to welcoming you to our store.
