Hello.
I'm the PR representative for Naniwa Soba, the original soba-shabu restaurant, at the Shinsaibashi Main Store.

As the weather begins to warm up, the cold has been gradually easing during the day, hasn't it?
How is everyone doing?

In this blog post, we’ll introduce some of our restaurant’s most popular soba dishes.

==Meat dipping, which can be enjoyed in many different ways, is gaining popularity==

[Soba with Meat Topping: 1,078 yen (tax included)]
This dish features carefully selected buckwheat noodles that are best enjoyed dipped in the accompanying broth.
For the dipping broth, I added pork and onions seasoned with a light, sukiyaki-style broth.
You can also choose from “chili oil,” “Sichuan pepper,” “yuzu kosho,” and “curry” for your toppings.
You can also add fried burdock root and a raw egg if you like.

This is a popular menu item that customers who have ordered it have been posting about extensively on social media.

~Our Commitment to Soba and Dashi~

Using "living" magnetically activated water, natural salt that is gentle on the body, and our own stone-ground brown buckwheat flour,
Our soba, carefully hand-made by our artisans every day, allows you to savor its natural flavor.

In addition, the broth—which is the key to the flavor of our soba and hot pot dishes—is made from a unique blend of three types of Japanese-grown dried fish: Soda bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, and round herring flakes,
We put plenty of time and care into making these.
Please enjoy our signature broth, which has a nostalgic flavor and is packed with rich umami.
