Made with three types of dried bonito carefully selected from their regions of origin, this artisan broth is light yet so full of umami that you’ll find yourself gulping it down.

Of course, it’s perfect for a simple bowl of soba, but hot pot dishes cooked with this broth—which serves as the foundation for all our dishes—are truly exceptional.
