This is the Shinsaibashi Main Store of Naniwa Soba, the original home of soba shabu.
We'll be open and ready to serve you this weekend, too.

We’ve been having a string of cold days due to the severe cold snap—how is everyone holding up?

The “Shokunin Dashi”—a broth carefully crafted by Sohonke Naniwa Soba using three types of dried bonito selected for their origin—is the key to the deliciousness of all our dishes.

The restaurant is filled with the gentle aroma of dashi.

Surrounded by the aroma of dashi broth in our traditional Japanese-style dining room, please enjoy not only our lunch menu—featuring homemade fresh soba noodles made from stone-ground flour and rice bowls—but also our signature dishes and sumptuous hot pot meals.
