It may not look very flashy, but the broth is simply exquisite♪

The base, of course, is a broth made by our master chefs using three types of bonito flakes carefully selected for their region of origin♪
Add to that the rich umami and briny aroma from the generous portion of clams and fresh wakame, and you have soba that truly captures the essence of spring!
