This is the Shinsaibashi Main Store of Naniwa Soba, the original home of soba shabu.
We're open and ready to serve you today!

Our registered trademark, “Soba Shabu,” is a shabu-shabu dish featuring melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu beef and homemade soba noodles made from stone-ground flour.

Enjoy carefully selected beef and our house-made buckwheat noodles, stone-ground in-house, paired with seasonal ingredients and prepared using our artisan broth—made with three types of dried bonito carefully selected for their place of origin.
