It’s that time of year again when everything tastes so good♪ Eel Specials♪
[Chilled Soba with Eel and Assorted Summer Vegetables] 1,848 yen

Featuring a large eel and a variety of summer vegetables, garnished with myoga and shiso leaves, this dish is hearty and refreshing.

Served "bukkake-style" with our special "sansho oil" and "premium dashi" drizzled on top; please squeeze some sudachi over it before enjoying.

(Personally, I recommend using just a little sudachi so that the aromas of the sansho oil and the premium dashi really come through♪)

The well-chilled summer vegetables look so colorful and stylish—they really make for a lovely presentation!
(It makes for a great photo, too! ♪)
