Here’s a look at our restaurant’s signature soba menu!

Hello! I’m the PR representative for Naniwa Soba Shinsaibashi Main Store, the original home of soba shabu.

In this post, we’d like to introduce our restaurant’s signature soba dishes.

◆ [Premium Selection] Okinawa Island Pork Shabu-Shabu with Soba Dipping Sauce
This menu features appetizers, shabu-shabu in soba broth, and furi-soba. The Okinawan island pork used here is known for its lack of gamey flavor and minimal scum.
The fat is so tender and sweet that it melts in your mouth the moment you take a bite, yet it’s not at all greasy. With only a quarter of the cholesterol found in regular pork and plenty of collagen, it’s highly recommended for our female customers!

◆Soba with Meat Toppings
This is our signature soba dish. Please choose from one of the following flavors: chili oil, premium soy sauce, or yuzu pepper.
Dip the soba noodles into the broth, rich with the savory flavor of meat, and enjoy their aroma and smooth texture as they slide down your throat.

◆Sudachi Soba
The refreshing tartness and aroma of sudachi make this soba a perfect spring dish.

Did any of the soba dishes catch your eye?
We also offer a wide variety of soba noodles, rice bowls, set meals, and à la carte dishes, so please feel free to visit us for meals, drinking parties, and other occasions.

We sincerely look forward to welcoming you to our store.
