This is the Shinsaibashi Main Store of Naniwa Soba, the original home of soba shabu.
We're really looking forward to dinner, too!

The weather is absolutely beautiful today.
It’s starting to get to that time of year when cold soba is a hit.
Enjoy our homemade soba noodles—made from stone-ground flour—along with our freshly fried, crispy tempura!

Of course, we also serve soba noodles to round out your shabu-shabu meal.
You can either dip it in our carefully crafted broth for shabu-shabu or enjoy it as "zaru" with our special noodle dipping sauce♪
