"Niku-tsuke," a signature dish from Naniwa Soba that's also popular on social media, is now available for purchase in our online store.
We deliver Naniwa Soba’s signature fresh soba noodles, prepared with our special dipping broth, to bring you the authentic taste of our restaurant.
We deliver fresh soba noodles so you can enjoy them right after they're made.
Enjoy these noodles—boiled and then thoroughly chilled—dipped in our special dipping broth, which is made with pork, onions, and burdock root for a light, sukiyaki-style flavor.
You can enjoy a change in flavor by adding the separately served sansho pepper and fried burdock root to the dipping broth as you eat.
Additionally, if you like, you can enjoy a milder flavor by adding a raw egg to the dipping broth at the end.

Since you'll be enjoying this at home, you can try out all sorts of different flavor combinations.
