We also serve fresh, homemade soba noodles from Naniwa Soba.
Rinse the boiled noodles under cold water, then top them with our signature artisan broth—chilled to perfection—and enjoy.

Our noodles are made using our original blend of buckwheat flour, high-quality water, and natural salt.
Every morning, our artisans prepare the dough and make the noodles according to that day's temperature and humidity.
In addition, the broth—an essential component of soba—is made from a unique blend of three types of Japanese-grown dried fish: Sōda bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, and round herring flakes,
We craft each item with plenty of time and care.
