Among them, our restaurant’s most famous specialty is “Niku-tsuke.”
This dish lets you enjoy soba noodles with a dipping sauce rich in the savory flavor of meat.
For the dipping sauce, you can choose from chili oil, premium sansho pepper, or yuzu pepper flavors.
