A whole new kind of hot pot! We are launching online sales of our registered trademark “Soba Shabu.”

"Soba Shabu Sohonke Naniwa Soba," a shabu-shabu restaurant in Shinsaibashi, is selling hot pot sets online
Hello.
I'm the PR representative for Naniwa Soba Shinsaibashi Main Store, the original home of soba shabu.

The crisp, clear air has started to feel refreshing, and we’re enjoying a string of refreshing, autumn-like days.
I hope everyone is doing well.

Our “Soba Shabu”—a hot pot dish featuring carefully selected Wagyu beef shabu-shabu, available exclusively at our restaurant, and designed to highlight the flavor of buckwheat noodles—lets you enjoy the perfect pairing of the beef’s rich umami and the buckwheat noodles.

At our store, we always welcome our customers with freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly cooked dishes, so please be sure to stop by the next time you’re in the area.

Not only do we use the freshest ingredients, but we also take great care in preparing each dish to ensure our customers are satisfied with everything—from the cooking methods to the prices.

Hot Pot Dishes You Can Only Enjoy at Naniwa Soba, the Original Home of Soba Shabu

The registered trademark “Soba Shabu” is a new take on hot pot cuisine that combines beef loin shabu-shabu with traditional soba noodles rich in natural flavor. We bring this unique hot pot dish—featuring meat and soba noodles that can only be enjoyed at our restaurant—right to your dining table at home, preserving the same authentic taste you’d experience in our restaurant.

● Soba Shabu (serves 2) Price: 10,000 yen (excluding tax), shipping included *Tentative*

All you need to provide at home is a pot. We’ll deliver everything—from our carefully crafted broth to the garnishes—all packaged together.

As a condiment, we offer our special “soba miso.” This “soba miso” pairs exceptionally well with beef; when dissolved in the broth, it brings out the natural flavors of the ingredients even more.

It has been 60 years since we opened our restaurant in Shinsaibashi in Showa 32. At Naniwa Soba, the original home of soba-shabu, we have remained committed to carefully grinding our buckwheat using stone mills, and have developed our own unique blend to create soba noodles that are exclusive to our restaurant.
We will continue to create flavors unique to our restaurant for our local customers and everyone who visits Shinsaibashi.

Just a 1-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station, the Naniwa Soba Shinsaibashi Main Store—the original home of shabu-shabu and soba-shabu—offers private dining rooms with a traditional Japanese atmosphere.
We also offer a wide selection of sake and shochu that pair perfectly with Japanese cuisine. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you, so please stop by whenever you’re in the area.
