Our registered trademark, “Soba Shabu,” is a new combination of beef loin shabu-shabu and traditional soba noodles that lets you savor their natural flavors.
We deliver a hot pot dish featuring meat and buckwheat noodles—a specialty you can only enjoy at "Naniwa Soba"—right to your home.
We’ve also put a little extra thought into our condiments and are offering “soba miso.”
It pairs exceptionally well with beef, so dissolving it in dashi will enhance the flavor even more and make it even more delicious.
