Enjoy freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled soba noodles for lunch

A shabu-shabu restaurant in Shinsaibashi where you can enjoy soba: [Naniwa Soba Shinsaibashi Main Store]
Hello.
I'm the PR representative for Naniwa Soba Shinsaibashi Main Store, the original home of soba shabu.

Lately, I’ve been enjoying a moment of cool relief from the sound of the wind chime hanging by the window.
How is everyone doing?

Our restaurant, which has long been beloved for its shabu-shabu and handmade soba, also serves lunch.
If you're ever in Shinsaibashi, be sure to give it a try.

Always "freshly ground," "freshly made," and "freshly boiled"

You can enjoy soba here

Recommended for Lunch

We offer a wide variety of lunch options at our restaurant.
If you want a hearty meal or to try a variety of dishes, we recommend the combination of “Tori Namba” and “Inari Sushi.”
"Tori Namba": Savor our carefully crafted soba—freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled—served with a rich, artisan-made broth.
"Inari Sushi" wrapped in slightly sweet fried tofu pockets
This combo, which includes both items, is a popular menu item known as the "Ultimate Set."
If you're thinking of having lunch at our restaurant, please be sure to try this combination.

Naniwa Soba's Commitment to Quality

Our soba is made from whole buckwheat grains that we grind ourselves using a stone mill.
"Live" magnetically activated water, natural salt that's gentle on the body, and flour milled in-house using a stone mill.
Furthermore, we are committed to creating a rich, flavorful broth that emphasizes “freshness” and “umami.”
We’ve carefully blended three types of dried fish, each selected for its exceptional quality, to create our unique “Artisan Dashi”—a rich and flavorful broth. We invite you to savor this delicious combination with our “Noodles,” crafted with meticulous attention to every ingredient.

A 1-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station.
At [Soba Shabu Sohonke Naniwa Soba Shinsaibashi Main Store], you can enjoy meticulously handmade soba noodles made from whole-grain buckwheat flour ground in-house using a stone mill.
We invite you to savor this exquisite dish, available exclusively at our restaurant.
Our entire staff sincerely looks forward to welcoming you.
