I'm the PR representative for Naniwa Soba Shinsaibashi Main Store, the original home of soba shabu.

There have been some chilly mornings lately, and I can really feel that fall is in full swing.

These days, it's been pretty hard to eat out...
We’re launching an online store so you can enjoy our restaurant’s flavors right at home.

 

We’re pleased to present our signature “Soba Shabu.”

Our registered trademark, “Soba Shabu”

The registered trademark “Soba Shabu” refers to a dining experience where you can enjoy hand-made soba—freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled—along with carefully selected Wagyu beef prepared shabu-shabu style.
Made with meticulous care for every ingredient—from "living" magnetically activated water to natural salt that’s gentle on the body—and using buckwheat flour ground in-house with a stone mill, this soba is a masterpiece that lets you savor the natural flavors.
For our shabu-shabu, we use a traditional broth made from a unique blend of three types of Japanese-sourced dried fish: “Soda bonito flakes,” “mackerel flakes,” and “round herring flakes.”
A combination of melt-in-your-mouth beef shabu-shabu and soba noodles.
